• the term “operator” or the pronoun “our”, including all of its respective grammatical forms, as used in this Information shall be deemed to refer to the term “operator”;
• the term “data subject” or the pronoun “your”, including all of its relevant grammatical forms, as used in this Information shall be deemed to refer to the term data subject;
• the terms “data subject”, “processor”, “recipient” and “processing” have for the purposes of this Information the meanings given to these terms in the official Slovak version of the GDPR.

What data do we work with and why

2. Categories of personal data concerned:

• identification data, which means in particular name, surname, permanent address;
• contact details, which means in particular a contact address, telephone number and e-mail address;
• data relating to the making of payments, which shall include in particular the payment card number;
• cookies, if we are able to identify a specific data subject of a visitor to our website on the basis of cookies, this will constitute processing of personal data, in particular:
  • basic cookies – enable the use of basic functions such as logging in as a registered user or pre-filling forms;
  • conversion cookies – allow us to analyse the performance of individual traffic channels;
  • tracking cookies – in combination with conversion cookies, they help us analyse the performance, volume and quality parameters of different traffic channels;
  • remarketing cookies – we use them to personalise the content of ads and target them correctly;
  • analytics cookies – we use them to analyse user behaviour to help us improve the user interface (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Tracking);

3. Purposes of processing personal data:

• the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller, for the purpose of:
  • answering your specific requests and questions submitted via the web form;
• processing of personal data on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of:
  • offer you the best possible specific settings for your website environment; statistically detect traffic and your preferences; personalise the content of advertisements and target them correctly;
  • informing you about our services, products, news and events through direct marketing;

4. Legal basis for the processing of personal data:

• Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – processing on the basis of the data subject’s consent to the processing of personal data
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller;

Recipients to whom we may disclose your data

In particular, the controller provides your personal data to the following recipients/categories of recipients:

How long we will process your personal data

The controller is entitled to retain personal data for the following period of time:

How you can withdraw consent

Under the GDPR, you have certain rights related to the processing of your personal data:

• the right of access to personal data relating to the data subject;
• the right to rectification of the personal data of the data subject;
• the right to erasure of the personal data of the data subject;
• the right to restrict the processing of personal data of the data subject;
• the right to object to the processing of the data subject’s personal data, in particular to object to processing on the basis of the legitimate interests set out in this Information; in such a case, we will no longer process your personal data for that purpose unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for continuing such processing;
• the right to data portability of personal data of the data subject;
• the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, Slovak Republic;

From what sources do we obtain your personal data

Most of the personal data we collect is directly from you by you providing it to us by filling in web forms;

Automated decision-making and profiling

We do not carry out automated individual decision-making without human intervention and we do not process your personal data through profiling.
