Continuous development of Microsoft 365

We help customers not to waste money and to use the potential of Microsoft 365 to its full potential. Don’t look for third-party apps: we’ll teach you how to build your own portfolio of apps and services. Choose exactly what you need.

The motivation for this article are real facts, verified by communication with customers. Workers often spend a lot of time on tasks that can be automated.

Where we see reserves

Even long-term Microsoft 365 users only use a limited number of apps from those available under their licensing plans. In most cases it’s Outlook email, Teams, maybe a few others.

Help to find your way around

Do you know what’s available to you with Microsoft 365? Do you know how to make the most of it? Our experienced “M365” team will guide you through the options for each application, discuss your needs and recommend the optimal solution. We will teach your staff how to work with them.

Microsoft 365 is a living ecosystem. It’s constantly evolving, adding new features, and simply improving all the time. Every M365 user can contribute to its improvement by submitting a request for a service or by supporting an existing service, simply by voting in its favour.

The Power Platform services have undergone extensive changes recently, with the addition of a new channel type in Teams, and many more. Another scenario is when one service is integrated into another (e.g. Sky for Business into Teams, Teams into Outlook, Tasks into To-Do, etc.) or a service is modified and a simplified version of it is incorporated into another, or added as a new service (e.g. Task by Planner in Teams, List from Share Point), sometimes it can be just a design change (e.g. the current logo modification).

Optimal working system

Don’t stay in place, but keep moving forward. Today’s times are dynamic, demanding change and quick decisions. It is a competitive advantage to be able to adapt to change and make informed decisions in a short period of time. With a wide range of useful online tools, you can be as flexible and efficient as possible at the same time. Set up an optimal working system, which in our understanding means making it as simple as possible, i.e. intuitive for users, and of course secure at the same time. This requires knowing the existing options, combining them sensibly and bringing them to life.

Cyber resilience

Microsoft 365 isn’t just about collaboration, flexibility and efficiency. It responds to the growing number of hacker and virus attacks, as well as high-risk data compromises, as people tend to overlook security issues until “everything is fine”. They often do not understand the value of the information they handle and are quite lax with protecting it, both at work and in their personal lives. They are the weakest link in the chain of taking security measures. The cheapest and most effective way to prevent and increase cyber resilience is to have an educated, informed workforce, including in the area of cybersecurity.

It is not true that everything to everyone

The spectrum of services in Microsoft 365 is really (so) wide and diverse. Not everyone has to use everything, and certainly not in the same way. If you start combining and combining them, you’ll create “tailor-made” applications. Forms, either on its own or in combination with Share Point, can be used as an example. It can provide a huge service to marketers or HR staff, saving a lot of time, while other users may only see Forms from the perspective of a respondent filling out a questionnaire. A similar example is the reports and data visualizations in Power BI. For managers and team leaders, they are a source of important information to make decisions, get it quickly, and are always up-to-date.

Adapt procedures

What worked for you and what you’re used to may not always work, for example because of incompatibility with new devices and systems. Changes around you also affect you and force you to change too. Changing your routines means learning to operate and use new devices, new applications. The digital age is exactly about that – it forces us to keep up with the times, because tomorrow everything might be different.

Continuously educate

Not missing the train means following trends, the news, and being able to use them to your advantage. This can be achieved through continuous education – one of the cornerstones of our success.
